Description Oh boy, this guy was so far the most difficult reconstruction I've made. The muscles in the neck were very challenging. In order to make them as accurate as possible, I looked into the muscles in a giraffe's neck and used that as inspiration for reconstructing the brachiosaurus neck. Anyway, I hope this is helpful. As stated before, I am not a professional reconstruction artist, I'm learning and practicing. So if I made a mistake or you're knowledgeable with anatomy and paleontology than feel free to give feedback!

Wow this is a really good piece. This is a fairly complex piece, but well put together. The borders between muscles are hard to find as individual muscles merge with the surrounding muscles, but I don't know how else this could be executed. The tail tip seems to have a little too much muscle on it, would mostly be just skin, and the limbs seem to have different amounts of muscles, but otherwise this is great. There are also some errors on the skeleton of the hands and feet, as the hands would have only one claw in the innermost digit, and the left foots fifth digit seems to have odd proportions. Also, based on a discussion by Scott Hartman, the metatarsals would be held near the horizontal, and in your work they seem to be at about 50 to 90%. This would have implications for the angle of the back and neck. The scapular portion of the deltoid also doesn't seem to match the position of the scapula as it appears too horizontal. This is a great piece, and is fairly accurate for displaying the muscles of Brachiosaurus e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>

Eegad, it'S the Colossal Titan.

Just kidding, nice work though. I especially like the dorsal tissue.

Ah, I'm by no means a professional at musculature and attachment points, but I can't help but think the trapezius looks a little odd. It seems like it's floating with no direct attachment point to the spine?

I always figured that section of a brachisaurus's neck would be made of fat or something in order to give it that shape.

Buuuut again, I'm no expert, so if that is correct, ignore me!
