Oh I'd say your pretty close. My first thought on seeing this was that it was like a medieval Warhammer 40K. Which I suppose would be regular Warhammer.

the iridescent and malachite hues here are amazing!
Also, I love warhammers. They should always be decorated with bears, boars, hippos... Heavy-built powerful creatures, by my opinion. Β Perhaps the African wild donkeys will make their way onto a design one way?

Warhammer is a fantasy setting made by Games Workshop.Β Two versions, one's fantasy and the other one is sci-fi.

I have, yes. I agree that there are some amazing pieces out there, but I bet you can create some that are on par with those. You have the style nailed, just pick some awesome characters and keep it up ^_^
