Doesn't anyone know there's so much philosophical perspectives to our world that goes way beyond our American Conservative (really Conservatives ideology should be recognized as pseudoConservatism or pseudoAmerican). American Exceptionalism Nationalist media views of our world. There's so much unknown about how and what other humans are living with so much more liberty and intelligence than most Americans may ever even contemplate.
When Thomas Jefferson wrote our Declaration of Independence it was from influence of Native Americans, Thomas Paine, John Locke & Thomas Hobbes, Plato & Socrates, and etc. The idea of "We the People..." and "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness" was never concrete in our world. A republic of informed citizenry was the basis, but not what we have today where 5 businesses control like 95% of American mainstream media all of which with same sponsors. What we have today was never what our Founders aspired, for the American Revolution was the basis of monopolization and consumers with no diversity or liberty to bargain.
