Finished picture:This tutorial should work with most versions of Photoshop. I am completely clueless when it comes to other programs so you'll just have to look and see |D
I know you all voted for the copic tutorial first, but this one was fast and I felt like doing some digital art |D
Anyways, I adapted this texture technique from a sky technique!
I first learned of using the leaf brush from here: [link]
And then I messed around with it and bent it into a texture! 8D
I find this useful, because a lot of texture stocks have rules that you can not profit from pictures that use them. With this, the texture is all made by you so you can sell it and stuff without worries! 8D
I hope it helps, and I'd love it if you show me pictures that you used this technique with! 8D

-too lazy to make a note- Hey, how do you report someone? My friend is dealing with a troll and is being harassed by said troll she tells me but neither of us know how to report.

Hmmm.... I don't know how to report a person, only art. But I find that blocking trolls works very nicely c:
If she just ignores the troll and all its insults, it will go away lol.
You can block someone by going to your settings, then click the 'general' tab. Then if you scroll down a bit, you'll see a block list you can add people to c:
