Description Still going with these apparently.   Once again using blank space marine templates to make this.

Trackers of the Void are a truly mysterious chapter. Absolutely nothing is known about them, their progenitor chapter, their home world, their traditions, nothing.  It is believed that reside out in the void outside of the galaxy since the ships they use are always headed in that direction before completely disappearing. They show up at random when ever people of the Imperium are in need.  Their ships appear out of nowhere over the planet and their soldiers are teleported on to the planet. They never say a word even over coms or transmissions.  Should any of them fall in battle, they are immediately teleported away.  This has led to some believing that they are in fact rogue Necrons wanting to aid the Imperium, as preposterous an idea as that is. Ones their task is complete, they immediately teleport back to their ships and depart.

So, Legion of the Damned, but not on fire?

Kinda. Funny how "but not being on fire" is a perfectly valid descriptor in the 40K universe.
Also, there is more implication that they are not supernatural, as all of their feats can be explained away with technology. So in that way, they are more like (real world) ninjas than ghosts.

Thank you. Of course, no where nearly to come up with the "mysteries ghost warrior" thing.  Been several  other homebrews that did the same. Think there are even a few in lore.

The logo looks eerily close to the Hydra logo.

Well, the thing is, the Imperium of Man has this weird obsession with skulls.  Pretty much all their flags, crests, armor, and iconography have skulls somewhere on them.
