Description Mothman was seen around Point Pleasant, West Virginia. The sightings started in 1966 and continued through most of 1977. It is often associated with the Silver Bridge collapse. Many believe that Mothman simply foretold the event, and is not an inherently evil manifestation.

I personally think the Mothman is a rather creepy looking Crypted.

I often consider this guy more of a cryptid than a proper mythological creature but I agree he fits in well. Still hoping for a kelpie and maybe the Massachusetts Goatman.
