Photoshop, any version works, but in this case, CS2

I think this is a 6x9" but it really doesn't matter what size you use

D8 This would have helped a lot like 4 weeks ago. I used the line tool for a 5 page tournament entry. ^^ Aw well, Not that big a deal anymore. I can use this tutorial for future comics! Thanks!

I tried it in Photoshop Elements but it didn't go as well as it was said in the tutorial

This looks like a Photoshop CS, though I could be wrong, I don't know the layout of the newer Elements
