When I thought of this tutorial I went through my files to find an image that would look good cold or wet that the rain/snow would look good on, her wardrobe never came to mind until just now

It can. I use Pixlr.com since I would feel uncomfortable downloading Photoshop illegally, and I don't have the money for it either. It's almost as good as Photoshop in my opinion. ^^

I've never heard of that one, I'm glad to hear that there are options available other than photoshop and gimp, and I must say, I think that photoshop programs are quite overpriced... though I love my photoshop.
