Hello there
Well I'm back (finally) with a new drawing! A dragon (no sh*t!)
I'm planning to try to do at least one drawing, that I will post, per week. Of course they might not be as detailed as that one (which was done in approx 8 hours, in fact)I'm practicing at textures and stuff like that... All here is handmade as usual, mostly with the basic Photoshop brush!
This design.. Idk if it has already been done. I wanted something kinda badass looking so yeah.. I designed it in greyscale and traditional during a trip, so no references used, no examples, etc.. Nothing but my hand.

Yeah, that's why I wrote that "I will try", because I'm not planning to force myself if I don't want to, but I really like drawing, it's just that sometimes I'm doing nothing at all instead of doing something constructive xD
And I need to improve in drawing in anyway, for the school I'm aiming at..

Yeah I really want to get more active in there, I mean it's not with posting less than a deviation a month that I'll maintain this account "alive", plus I really want to improve more in drawing. For the NF 3D project, it's planned, I'm just doing a small pause from 3D to focus on drawing, until I get a reference that is needed for one of the characters (Hiccup!), to create him in 3D... That nightfury will have a friend...Β

How do you do that thing with the texture? It looks like a figurine! :0

That "thing"? You mean that style? Well, I honnestly don't really know, I guess that it's my current coloring style xD
I used the basic brush and modified its behavior with the colors : the tint can change a bit (up to 4%) on each stroke.
