This is absolutely lovely! While the constant chaotic shaking and trembling of the sketch-lines make my eyes feel a little wonky: it is so incredibly satisfying to watch this! ^^ I really enjoy these types of animations, where the sketching is alive and moving as the character moves.
This could be part of a really cool and gritty art-movie about dogs and their shenanigans!
Did you re-draw every single frame or was Photoshop (or other program) used to manipulate the drawings?

Thanks!
I used TVPaint. It has this pencil brush which feels like the real thing, very organic and lively.
I wish I got time to make animated short films, but traditional animation style which I prefer is very time consuming.

I don't think that I've ever heard of TVPaint. Sounds very useful program! I've tried making some traditional animations aswell but gosh-darn: they indeed take ages!
I hope you get some time to actually make some traditional animations because you've got the skillz!
