Description
After the Austrian Empire broke up after intensive fighting on it's territory during the War of Prussian Aggression, Hungary became an independent Kingdom under the rule of former Holy Roman Emperor Francis II., while his brother Charles became Emperor of the Federation of the Rhine, later the German Empire.

Hungary went through an extensive process of reform, giving it's ethnic minoritys much more power and autonomy during the late 19th century, wich also manifested in it's coat of arms. The Kingdom was now made up of Hungary proper, Transylvania, Slovakia, Ruthenia and the Szekely Lands.

The title of Hungary's monarch is "By the Grace of God, Apostolic King of Hungary, Prince of Transylvania, Grand Duke of Slovakia, Duke of Ruthenia and Count of the Szekelys".

I chose to use a black bear on a plain white filed for Ruthenia, simply because this area never had it's own CoA before 1918 in OTL and this seemed to be a working solution.
