I am a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls franchise and it's lore (and I'm still waiting for it's next entry wich I hope comes out sooner then later
), sp I decided to do some heraldry for it. This is my vision of how a coat of arms of the Third Empire of the Septim Dynasty would look like.Β the Septim Dynasty was founded by Tiber Septim, the legendary warrior who conquered all of Tamriel at the beginning of the Third Era. At the end of his life, Tiber Septim rose to the pantheon of Gods as Talos, becoming the ninth member of the Nine Dvines. His sucessors (thorugh a side branch of the family, since his only direct heir, Pelagius I. died childless) ruled until the end of the Fourth Era, when a cult worshipping the Deadric Prince Mehrunes Dagon assasinated Uriel VII and his three official children. A fourth illegitimate child, Martin Septim, became Emperor for a short time afterwards, but sacrificed his own life to end the Oblivion Crisis, ending the Septim Dynasty for good.

Ooooh yiss. But I did really like the setting of Skyrim. I hope dragons continue to be a thing though, since they continue to roam around after Alduin was defeated. Maybe the Empire will figure out how to tame them and strike back at the Aldmeri Dominion? That'd be epic.

Summerset would be an awesome setting too. Maybe make you decide between Empire and Thalmore? or even several countries, Valendwoo,d SUmmerset and Elsweyer, either liberate them, conquer them for the Empire and defend them for the Aldmeri Dominion ... my mind is running wild

All those scenarios sound fun. But I mainly wished they added a quest to Skyrim where you could either become the High King of Skyrim or better yet the next Emperor of Tamriel and lead them against the Aldmeri Dominion and kick their ass.

Hold out for about a hundred years or so until the Dragonborn is revealed and Fus Ro Dah's the Altmer somewhere else. Or my preferred method: Yol Toor Shul them into ash.

I can't wait for SkyWind to get done. I've never played Morrowind but I've heard it was pretty dated, though the overall story was really good.

Well it is playable on modern machines, but it feels old. Still, it had many things Oblivion missed, like pike weapons and werewolves and stuff. The game was amazing for it's time, and the story is great. And the soundtrack is beautiful <3Β
if you can tolerate a game with a dated look, pick it up. Can't cost much these days

I'd recommend GOG, can be sure that it will work on your system at least. Steam diesn't curate for shit.
