Description
In the Witcher universe the islands of Skellige are a loosley tied together elective monarchy compromised of several islands. Historicaly the islanders have been notorious for piracy and are currently striving to avoid being drawn into all-out war with the Empire of Nilfgaard. They are attacking ships of the Imperial Navy but those attacks are never coordianted since the Kingdom currently has no king after King Bran of Clan Tuirisech died.

In the novels Skelige has no described coat of arms, but the game Witcher 3 feauteres a white viking-styled ship on red. So I worked around a bit and there you go
