Description
In the Witcher universe, the Church of the Eternal Fire is a religious cult based in the Free City of Novigrad, the seat of the Church's Hierarch (currently Cyrus Engelkind Hemmelfart). The Church's main following is centered in Novigrad and the Kingdom of Redenia, but it is also spreading into other parts of the Northern Kingdom, especialy since Redenia conquered great ammounts of the Northern Realms due to it's ongoing war against the Empire of Nilfgaard, The Church is very aggressive twoards individuals deemed "abnormal" by the cult, including practiciners of magic, non-humans and beasts. Especialy since the beginning of the Nilfgaard War, the church has insitigated brutal purges against all abnormalities, burning actual or supposed witches at the stake and "unholy" books.
