First off, I used a photo reference. So wrap your mind around the fact people in real life do this. The reference is actually pretty easy to find. Just type "foot archery" in google image search. Tada!

Secondly, my character Angel is a marksman with anything, not just the bow, though normally prefers guns. I just happened to love this pose so much I HAD to draw it and who better of my characters than Angel to fit the bill?

Anyways... so she's wearing leather (because I'm also going to use this for Pathfinder). Angel normally likes light colors, but is known to wear black too. If I went with black, though, black leather is not only hard to color, it's also so.. "I'm a generic hero from modern movies" anymore, between the Matrix, and now superhero movies dressing the heroes in black leather just because "latex is tacky". XD Not complaining, just that it's become a bit cliche. It's also too associated with dominatrix for my taste.

Meanwhile, in all irony, BROWN leather would match her skintone and maker her look a touch naked. XD In the end, though, I though... why NOT white leather? And this came. I hope you all like it!
