You know Terrako, you really should stop jumping off from high places like that, you already know your shell can’t take it, you might break your Blessed Screw one day and I don’t have another one. I’m working on a stronger chassis, but it won’t be ready for a while. Hehe, I know you get excited, but you need to show it another way, because I’m starting to run out of ancient parts and I need them for other things, not just fixing you up silly. I’ll have to go out and find some more now.

I imagine Zelda would have been an extremely inquisitive and precocious little thing before her mother died. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity gave us a glimpse of that, but I want to flesh the idea out even more, as we only see this from Zelda’s first person view in the game.
This is one of the many times the young princess has had to repair Terrako, as it has a tendency to launch itself from high altitudes when in a celebratory mood. A habit that Zelda has tried in vain to get the lively piece of ancient tech to break.
Of course, she does have a desk, but no kid uses that thing unless they’re told to. This princess has things to do, she ain’t got time for posture.
Although I don’t love what the diminutive egg guardian did to the Zelda timeline in effectively rendering BOTW redundant. (All well, I suppose it’s not technically canonical). It is still pretty cute.
Besides, this is probably going to be the last thing not BOTW2 I draw for a while, with the promise of news on that game just around the corner, so I thought I’d make it a cute one.
Get hyped for E3 Nintendo Direct everyone!
