Well, It could happen a thing similar to something I saw in an old cartoon (I don't remember the name, unfortunately):
- the gun falls down in the ocean, it activates itself with the fall, and zap the Earth.
- The earth and everything on it (except you because... Science XD ) grows enormous.
And, like the end of the cartoon, the earth become as big as Jupiter, humans are now a race of giants, You remain a giantess, but less bigger than before XD.
And also, at the end you find again the gun , but obviously it doesn't work XD
I know It's not possible for some factors (the climate change since the sun is smaller to the new size of the Earth, the gravitational thrust thanks to the new size of the planet) but I have a really fun memory of that episode.
