At that size, she would not be able to see her hands or feet in real time. There would be several seconds of delay between her feet doing something and the light traveling to her eyes to see them doing their thing. That would probably be rather disorienting. Even her hands would be doing stuff with visual delay.
Re: The magic that provides the oxygen; there's more oxygen in your lungs than surrounding the planet you are causing tidal destruction to.
