Not much this time, because I kinda bummed around all day not knowing what to draw. Soooo managed to get this out before bed! And better make this snappy, so that mom doesn't turn off the internet too soon!

The Ogres
A race that is genetically related to the Orcs, they were once bred and used as war beasts during the Age of Dark Lords. And then once again during the reign of the Elvish Empire. Since then, their people have been set free, but have developed with time into a primarily tribal and rural people who have receded into older, more primitive ways of living. In their seemingly backwards societies, they view strength and size as a sign of leadership. And many of them view magic as an evil art used to subjugate nature and people, leading them to exile other Ogres who use magic.

1) This poor girl has been through tough times. As it so happened, she was the only one of her tribe who happened to specialize in magic. Even more alarming was her use of nature magic, leading to her being ousted before she could grow to become a conqueror. But she's...sensitive. Kind. Gentle. She could never do such things! All she wants to do with her magic...is to become beautiful. (Adopted by )

2) A true champion among his tribe, he is easily the biggest, strongest, and hungriest of his kind, earning the prestigious rank of "Big Belly". He had easily become the chief among his tribe, but it's not NEARLY enough for this guy. His pride is such that he has begun to challenge the warriors of other tribes, hoping to unite multiple clans, their land, and ESPECIALLY their food, under his rule.

3) Little more than a lone beggar, this guy was a runt among Ogres. So much so that he gets mistaken for an Orc every now and then. He was banished by his tribe for being puny and weak, as their living space was a hostile place where no such conditions could be afforded. Now, he lives in the bigger cities. And despite eating loads of good garbage, it's just barely enough to keep him alive.

4) But speaking of food...here's a real big barbecue-loving beauty! In her clan she is a renowned hunter, butcher, and cook, who had left her clan for some time, but came back with knowledge on how to prepare gourmet food. Without magic aid too! And so, each year, she departs to visit another corner of Cauldron, to learn all of their delicious secrets, and come back to prepare a great feast for her tribe. (Adopted by )

The Finfolk
A race that was formerly human, their people have long ago used thaumaturgical rituals to grant them the ability to dwell in the water. They are a people who have faced multiple invasions from outside Kingdoms, having seen their people enslaved and their land taken for strategic value. Even with this, they are still willing to bury the hatchet, and pride themselves on being a warrior race who has won their own independence, who knows what to do if their people are challenged so brazenly again. Finfolk hail from five different clans, each of which is distinguished by its own colored tartan.

5) From Clan Barran, she is an elite guard, and as one can tell from her enormously muscular frame, one of the strongest warriors in the Tidal Kingdom. She, in particular, is opting for a position of being the Tidemaster's bodyguard, and while they remain professional, their closeness is obvious. Yet their relationship ambiguous. (Adopted by )

6) From Clan Talach he is one of many traders who often travels outside of Eynhallow to acquire goods. Especially magic artifacts. However, as good-spirited as he is, he seems unaware of the danger that some of his items pose. When an item is revealed to be dangerous, his catchphrase in response is "It looked alright to me!"

7) From Clan Folbon, this little boy is surprisingly mature for his age, and hopes to successfully inherit his father's family business of rearing Wooly Crabs. The only downside. He's TERRIBLE at it, and often gets injured on the job. Wooly Crabs just don't like him for some reason, but he's determined to keep at it!

8) From Clan Deward, this worker girl is one of the few to leave the Deep Water Mines, after discovering a piece of sunken Tech within the mines. While she may have jumped at the chance for adventure before, she found herself ending up as the deck swabber of a Pirate's Airship. And frankly, is getting front row seats to a LOT of bad things.
