Description
Remember the redo of the first page? Yeah, it never was stopping there. I've been wanting to redo chapter 1 for a LOOOONG time due to the lack of worldbuilding/pacing/ancient artwork. Here's page 2!(ALSO SOME OF THE ORIGINAL BACKGROUNDS MAKE ME WANNA DIE.)
Some events WILL be modified, as I've done a lot of reading and learning the last couple years. There's definitely some spots that need to go. And there's definitely spots that need help.
I intend to aim for a redux page every week, and try to get the bonus pages out (which will always be a regular update page.) I may experience some slowdown, due to needing to make cashy moneys to live and stuff BUT I LOVE YOU GUYS OKAY.

i feel your pain, worldbuilding is one of my worst areas, even in the original you had done what i'm lucky to have down after months of planning.

Worldbuilding is very taxing art-wise, especially maps and large landscapes/creatures. BUT Y'GOTTA DO IT ;;

yeah, luckily for me i simply CANNOT progress a story to a new location or anything until i have formed a mental image of where that location is in relation to the current location, thus maps/landscapes are things that i come across naturally as i go.
the thing that KILLS me is coming up with about half the necesary cast of characters... specifically naming. my mind just goes blank.

The decision to weed out & alter old work is not always an easy one, but often I find it is worth it when even subtle improvements can be made.
Seriously tho, this page is amazing. You feel fully enveloped in each scene & your color palette selections are incredibly strong/well unified!
Looking extremely forward to what will be updated next & very interested to find what will go on the chopping block or what will not.

Just....don't fall into the artist black hole of trying to redo TOO much in my case, it hurt me took 3 years away but, it needed to happen, I was not going in the right direction, what I thought was passable was apparently extreme ecchi. LOL Maybe that said a lot about my personality at the time, I mean I have done a lot of soul searching.
Geez I have changed as much as my comic has since then, anyway I know you can do it!
