There is at least one other member with an OC that is 13 years of age. I personally upped my characters ages by 2 years to have it make a little more sense, but I don't think there's a real age limit. I'd say no younger than 13 though, so you're okay to keep that age.

That's not how you fill it out. You download the image and fill it out digitally or print it off and fill it out traditionally. Then you submit the file to the right folder in the group. There's examples in the group to help.

Enrollment is open year round, but you have to be a member of the group to enroll. Your character doesn't need to be wearing the uniform in the file photo for this form, but they will need to be wearing it during the class photo and other class participation. A reference for the different uniforms can be found in the groups gallery in the 2014 Memes, Templates and References folder.

You download the file, fill it out using any means you prefer (whether traditional or digital), then save the file and submit it to the folder for 2014 enrollment.

Do you know what residence, course selection, and major is supposed to be? Oh and the squares?

Residence is asking if you are living on or off campus. Course selection is just referring to the new section on the form, you don't have to write anything for that. Major is what class you are focusing on; your main class. And the squares are there to fill in with classes you are taking for the year. The classes available are listed below them.

I reloaded the image. Hopefully that fixed the link problem. Otherwise the only other solution I can think of is to just right click and save as. Let me know if that helps.

There are a few different ways depending on what computer programs you have. If you have photoshop, or a program like it, you can save the image, type in the information and put in the picture of your character. If you don't have any programs that let you do that, you can print out the image and write on it manually, and then take a picture of it or scan it back into your computer to post to your Deviantart.
