I believe for this group, they are older. You'd have to ask Pimpypants or nichan to get a more accurate answer, though. They're the ones who originally founded the group. I was just brought on recently.

Do you mean like a life drawing (example: the 2014 TMNT movie), or do you want it to look like it belongs in one of the shows (example: the 2K3 or 2012 shows)?

You download/save the image, fill it out using any means you can, and then submit it to the folder marked Sept 2014 Enrollment. However, there are some bugs with DA right now and the folder is not allowing submissions at the moment. I'm still working to fix the problem.
