This screenshot was taken from TMNT BTTS episode 12, "Super Power Struggle". This is like the only episode in the entire 2003 series that focuses on Raph and Mikey's relationship, and bases the entire episode on just those two brothers. I wish there was more episodes featuring just Raph and Mikey. I love their relationship! Ahhhh..*faints*
I CLEARLY DO NOT own TMNT, I just watch it.

It was from the TMNT Back To The Sewers season and was from the episode where Mikey finds some magical cape that turns him all super hero like and him and Raph fight over it and Raph apologizes and acts all sweet. I don't remember what episode number though.
