I had this sitting in my computer for well over a month, and I decided to finally finish working on it today. I've been so bloody busy with work last month, I had no time to sit down and work on any artwork. But I finally finished this baby up! This is definitely referenced off that cute moment between Leo and Mikey in the episode Outbreak. There was a scene where Mikey was complaining about what had happened to their old lair and Leo told him not to worry because the new lair would be great. I just love the relationship that Leo and Mikey share. They have that nice big brother/little brother relationship.
I got extremely lazy and used a picture of some sewer tunnel from Google Images as the background. Oh well, hope you enjoy it. There is not enough Leo/Mikey goodness on here, so I thought I'd help contribute to the Leo/Mikey tag.
Man, this really stinks on ice! I miss my room, I had it just right! All Feng Shuied and everything. I miss my stuff, I miss my video games, I miss my blankey!
Don't worry Mikey, the new lair will be great! Central park, turtle pond. Change is good!

The turtles' ages were never really specified. At the beginning of the series they hint that they could be 15 years old, but as the series progresses it's never really known just how old the turtles are.

I love that he's a big softie, because it shows that he truly does care about his brothers and he really loves them. I love that he's not afraid to get protective when one of his brothers is hurt or in danger. By him showing how much he cares about his brothers it just shows us that he's actually a really good person and has a heart of gold.
