Here is some of the rough sketch work that I did while developing the character Benwolf for the Cartoon Network Studios program Ben 10.BEN 10 and all related characters are trademarks of and © Cartoon Network.

COOL!!! I like the 3rd design and I can tell that one was the one you were thinking of using coz' the final version looks a lot like it.
What other episodes was the Benwolf in? I could only find one and another but it's the bad wolf vs Benmummy.

That's easy enough to see. I beleive that or #4 were the best choices ofr somthing that was alien but still seemed like a werewolf. #1 looks very human and can easily be used for a werewolf, but it dosn't look very alien. It's easy to see why you went with #3.

Ahhh, the wonders of studio development. The truth is that there are many forces at work behind the scenes..The writers stroy requirements layers of Producers and their input, requests and requirements from the partnered toy company....

I was looking for ways for it to not be just be a space alien with a wolf head...even though that was the direction the script asked for..."Space Werewolf"...

Its really awesome to see all these developing stuff you're posting, always so interesting. Lol even though i've only watched a couple of the cartoon episodes i always thought the creature design was cool. i also had no idea you worked on it. kudos.

The best part of any animation gig is the moments when we are given a bit of time to experiment with an idea, but more often than not that time is very brief. It is the best part though.
