An ancient Falmer, or Snow Elf. He's one of the last of his kind, most have been corrupted into the vile Betrayed. After watching his family and friends slaughtered by Nords when he was but a child he now wanders lone across Skyrim. Since growing up, he's long given up any hope of finding another Snow Elf that hasn't been blinded and twisted by the Dwemer.

Really nice job with this! The overall construction and shading is great, and you definitely are very talented. I also think you did a very nice job making the whole thing look very natural. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but lots of times portraits people do look a bit stiff. This one doesn't. The one thing I would like to see is maybe his hair having some more range of values.
