well, i dd it. i was asked to do an ocean tutorial so here it is. don't you guys worry about the hair tutorial. the picture i used to do this is also going to be the picture i use for my hair tutorial. i always do my backgrounds first.anyway, this was only my second time drawing an ocean like this so i'm still perfecting how to do this. sorry if it's terrible.
inspiration: a lot of dubstep music.
