Description He disappeared in the dead of winter:
The brooks were frozen, the airports almost deserted,
And snow disfigured the public statues;
The mercury sank in the mouth of the dying day.
What instruments we have agree
The day of his death was a dark cold day.

(from "In Memory of W.B. Yeats" by W.H. Auden)

Photographed at Loudon Park Cemetery, Baltimore, Maryland USA

This was from my first foray into cemetery shooting with a substantial amount of snow on the ground. I'll have to do it again.

Great photo! Cemeteries not only act as the final resting place for loved ones, but they are wonderful subjects for photography, especially on nights when the moon is full. Nice job,
