Description Its here... fall. Fall and the amazing hues that accompany it. Its my favorite season. Football, comfortable temperatures, hunting, and the colors.

I've been looking for a shot like this for awhile, but as simple as a shot it seems, good conditions are hard to find. The shot I wanted needed to have both clouds and blue sky. For this one the sun had just broken through some low hanging storm clouds to give the shadowy light you see.

Canon 5D. 17-40mm. No filters.

Neat. The Illumination makes the Leaves more vivid due to their internal Scattering.
But... Don't you think the Tree in first plane makes the Picture lose Balance in its Position?

Love this pic. When I was younger tried to take a photograph like this one. There I was, lying on the ground with my camera facing the sky...and a zoom lens that was not wide enough to capture the trees, hehe. Trees were not tall enough either. It was just the wrong combo. But anyway. I love this pic
