Its here... fall. Fall and the amazing hues that accompany it. Its my favorite season. Football, comfortable temperatures, hunting, and the colors.I've been looking for a shot like this for awhile, but as simple as a shot it seems, good conditions are hard to find. The shot I wanted needed to have both clouds and blue sky. For this one the sun had just broken through some low hanging storm clouds to give the shadowy light you see.
Canon 5D. 17-40mm. No filters.

same with me, the shot i took (sort of like this one) ive had in my head forever, but id been having trouble finding the right conditions and pattern of trees. my falls going awesome so far. next week it should really get going though. im excited

I love Aspens they have a unique character truely untoo their own, with their ghost like trunks and smatterings of brown marks, you have certainly captured their true beauty this Autumn.
