What started out as sort of an amusing joke ended up inspiring me toward a far more touching idea. There is something really beautiful about Anders to me, and I wanted to show his bashful side, those hidden insecurities all while showing that all these things can be beautiful.Anders, Dragon Age II – Bioware.
Amazing stock used by *justmeina Please, if you haven't seen his stuff, pay him a visit. I've been watching him for well over a year now, and he is truly dedicated to the beauty of the male form.
Photoshop CS 4, around 10 hours and a little bit more finding a good screen-shot in the game for his likeness.

Truly beautiful. I hope he likes it, he hasn't let me know yet. If he does, I've a good few other pictures in mind to use his stock with. He has really captured most of what I see that is beautiful in the male form.

I love the terrorist. I wasn't a huge fan in awakening, but knowing his past self there, and how Justice changed him made me latch on. I am a huge fan for character growth!

No, I mean, I've seen the character. But I haven't seen him -do- anything, gameplay wise. I mean, I don't really know what he was like or what happened between him and Anders. I don't -know- him, I guess, is a better way to put it.

I've become less and less of an Anders fan the more I've played DAII, but this picture is just amazing and makes me like him a little more again. You captured a sweet shyness in the mage that I wish had truly been there, and the body work is fantastic.

You don't think it is still there, caught up somehow with his troubles, lost a little in bitterness? I think he still has it somewhere. I think, alone with someone he truly loved, who had truly touched him, we would see this side of him again.

Its a completely fair thought. And I will be honest, I still haven't finished Awakening, though I did spend a good deal of it with Anders. So I may not have seen the whole scope of the character throughout to form a complete opinion.

Oh I've played through Awakening so many times it's not even funny. Even so, Nathaniel will always be my favorite (though the "All I want is a pretty girl" Anders still captured my heart).

If you listen to a lot of the banters, the old Anders really IS there, most of the time. He has some CLASSIC conversations with Isabela and Varric, even Aveline, where the old Anders shines through. I think there's hope for a post game calm-after-the-frenzy Anders that has a lot more of his old self about him.

I think that is entirely possible. After things go crazy, perhaps he would feel some resolution, some sense (along with no doubts, guilt) that he had a chance to do what he had set out to do.
I really hope we get to se more of him, and that the writers don't drop his story at an awkward place.

I would have to be in a special mood for Fenris. He's that "broken, can someone help fix me" kind of character. I think my second favorite would have to be Avaline.

He's close to that without the sort of empty feeling. Fenris will pull at your heart strings because he remembers nothing, and there is always a desire to give him something worth remembering.
While Anders wants to be remembered.
