Zomg I really wanted to upload something and now I had an exercise that actually stayed with me.
xDDOh and wasn't a fairly simple 3D prop =/
so yeah... a shaded ball done in photoshop.
Took me a while to be happy about...

I don't know but maybe take the entire thing use a heavy blue and then try blending it, to make the surface feel smoother? Unless that wasn't the point.

and painteresque =/ I had better blending before but I had to use a different brush ;____;
