This was the other vehicle I managed to find this weekend. Rin's Road Roller.(The link is buried deep within the VPVP wiki site.)
Download comes with 4 versions: Essentially there are two versions and each comes in a "clean" version (.x files) and their weathered counterparts (.vac files)

Essentially. Its very basic. No moving parts. Easy to animate though. But if you wanted to, its easy enough to re-rig in PMD and add parts (details) to it separately.
