Equipped with the Desire Driver and the Baboon ID Core, Mika transforms into Kamen Rider Freaky. With her tactical mind and military training, she executes complex plans to keep her score up. Her ID Core imbues her voice with a rallying effect if she shouts, boosting morale and conscripting people nearby to help.
