He dreams of a world where they won't have to struggle to make ends meet, and yearns for a taste of fame and fortune. He is approached one day to participate in the Desire Grand Prix, and wishes to make the world a level playing field, where everyone has a fair chance.

Equipped with the Desire Driver and the Deer ID Core, Artie transforms into Kamen Rider Swerve. Using fancy footwork and his natural athleticism, Swerve moves nimbly around the Jyamar Zone. His ID Core gives him a natural danger sense.
