Leta Bonchance is a soccer dancer and influencer from France. Her parents are very controlling and overprotective, and treat her as a trophy. She is approached one day to participate in the Desire Grand Prix, and wishes to be seen as more than just fragile decoration.

Equipped with the Desire Driver and the Swan ID Core, Leta transforms into Kamen Rider Prima. With her dance training, Prima is incredibly graceful when transformed, but shows a willingness to get down and dirty in combat. Her ID Core naturally enhances her speed and agility.
