Swerve uses the Dynamo V4 Buckle gifted from the Goddess to access this silver and gold upper form. In this state, Swerve has access to the power of creation but no control, lashing out at his emotions to make “corrections” in the heat of the moment. Swerve can reflexively protect himself from damage by changing the form of the attack, moving other objects into the way, or simply turning back time to a more opportune moment. This is, however, entirely instinctual, and Swerve deactivates the transformation quickly after saving his friends lives.
