It is likely a TG aftermath, and the pictures are the victim getting used to their body, possibly in 1-2 month intervals (which the exception of the time between pics 1 and 2, which could be I'd say about 1-2 weeks max).

I know that this most likely is not the story that accompanies this piece, but I'd like to think that this shows a world wide gender change, and that even the "new women" can adjust to what they've now got.

The six stages of being tg'ed
1. Shock: The tg'ed person has now realized their sudden change in biology and is currently unable to comprehend the situation they are in.
2: Denial: After the initial shock has subsided, the tg'ed person will now attempt to return to normality in any manner possible. These are often seen as exercises in futility.
3: Bargaining: It is at this point the tg'ed person will attempt to act more appropriate towards their current gender, but all the while still trying to retain some familiarity to their old gender.
4: Experimentation: The tg'ed person will soon find themselves curious of who their new gender works and attempt to learn more about it. They will try new clothes, mannerisms, and anything else they find different with their new gender.
5: Exploration: While much like the previous stage, this becomes more in depth as they begin to further their understanding of their own body. This stage is well known for the tg'ed person trying a new sexual identity.
6: Acceptance: At this point, the tg'ed person has come to terms with their new gender and embraced their new identity. At this point, the tg'ed person has moved on and has no desire to return to their old gender.
