About the G1 homages: I liked the Bluestreak one from panel 2. He's not ojust the original one in "Animated" style;, but, being a TFA Prowl repaint, he's still a G1 homage. Very clever.

The past. Ratchet said in the last aired episode of Animated that Omega Supreme gave his life to protect the Autobots, but they never exactly said how. So I used that as a basis.
Trypticon was actually the artists's idea, all I knew was I wanted a big-bad war machine that "burnt" transformers with weird smoke.
