It's not just Mirage in there. As I posted before there are bots from all over the place, not just Beast Wars. I guess you could imagine this place as a getaway for bots on leave from the war effort. Some come from planets where beast modes are necessary some don't. Or I could be off my rocker, but hey I drew the thing so my opinion's got to count for something, right?
