It's a young adult novel. The main character is a young transgender superhero who inherits a mantle of power the instantly transitions her into her ideal body. As the author puts it, it is a power fantasy for transgender youth. My wife is dyslexic and bought the audio book for the first novel. I gave it a shot and fell in love with it, getting the second as soon as I finished the first. We've had the audio books for the first two novels for lest then two weeks and I am on my third listening. Warning, if you are transgender there are some moments that are really hard to listen to. I have even gone out and bought the actual books. I put this as a must read for anyone that is pro LGBTQAI+.
