I once knew a transgirl who had the same issues; she did end up trading breast tissue with a transguy, but I know not how it resulted since she decided to block me out of the blue.
I tried getting this info from others that knew her, for closure reasons. That went badly.
I still know not why she harmed me, but that's my burden.

I do know that donating tissue is similarly complicated to organ donation, though it's less of a risk because the main part is non-rejection. As far as I know, there's no blood type requirements, though the CDC-mandated requirement of certain illnesses being not present and certain drugs also not being present remains a thing.
Of course, that's generic knowledge; I know little more than this on the matter, the rest is speculative.

Ya, I've kinda been there. A friend who is wants to get ride of their breasts and I would love to have them. Though my tastes in clothing are not to the point where I have to tuck, to an uncomfortable amount.
