Syria sighed remembering that fateful day "The most memorable time I lost a fight, was back in winter season. I remember these horses a small band of them were gaining up on a smaller one. I never felt more of an urge to get up and move, though I should have seen the signs. How the horse getting picked on never seemed to have a scratch on them. How each strike was missed. None of them looked bruised or wounded, but to me I heard the cries of someone needing help, thats all that mattered. The second I came galloping in to aid them, they all stood up and charged at me. It was then I saw the trap and how I turned around to slow. Their bites and kicks stung, and fear was all I could taste. Fear for my life as they seemed bound and determined to run me down. I galloped into the waters rushing outwards, they waited on the beach shore calling out to me. Saying I'd die a coward either by them or the water. I stayed in the cold water wishing it could numb me completely. To sweep me into the blue bliss, Let me escape both body and soul. It was that day I didn't just loose a fight to another horse, I lost a fight against myself."
