Oh my! What can I say about this? It looks artistically stunning. I'm always a fan of Street Fighter comics, esp. if it has Chun-Li in it. I never thought I would be in to Ryu & Chun-Li as a couple, however. But they sure look hot together. Enjoying a little vacation, aren't they? Honeymoon? Hot date? Speaking of hot, Chun-Li's body is looking super hot in her bathing suit. Good to see she takes care of her body. Stupid Claw for ruining their vacation. I really wish you put words in so i know what they are talking about. I can't wait to see them kick Claw's butt and face.
How many pages is this gonna be? I really like the title "The Gauntlet". Does this mean that They are gonna be fighting more than just Vega? Or is it gonna be just Chun-Li since this is called "Chun-Li's Gauntlet"? What is this story about?

Hello, I'm Michael. I'm the guy commissioning this comic. Originally, I just left a single comment just to show support for my artist Tree-Ink (Sergio). But seeing all these comments just makes me really excited for the comic but also for the artist as well. You're doing a well done job Sergio. Hoping every comment, favorite, and follower you get inspires you just as much as i do.
As you are, and as Tree-ink stated, I am very fond of Chun-Li (to the point where it's becoming a little obsessive). Tree-Ink and I had worked together on a mini comic before (part of a larger scale book which can be found on ryuxchunli.com). This comic I'm working on with Tree-Ink is a more elaborate and more expanded story of what I wanted to tell. The first one we did together, I condensed it as much as I could. But in this one, I get to expand a little more artistic and story telling freedom.
To answer your questions Chun-Li-Forever (awesome name!!!), I'm currently undecided on how many pages this project is gonna be. Originally, it was 50, but I just had a breakthrough in writing and I think I added a few more pages. So as of now, the number of pages of this story has yet to be determined.
I can tell you the title and how it relates to the plot. "Chun-Li's Gauntlet" is going to be what most people think the story is gonna be about. Chun-Li through out the comic is gonna fight against a number of bad guys. Vega being the first.
Basically here is the plot. In this comic, something happens to someone that she cares about. Now she goes out on a mission to take down Shadaloo for good as well as to protect those she loves and cares about. We all know Chun-Li's father murdered by M. Bison. And also, her partner Charlie suffered the same fate. Chun-Li is determined now more than ever to protect the lives of her loved ones, no matter the cost.
Hope this juices things up a bit. Hope you guys enjoy. And be on the look out for more.
