Description Politicians talk. Soldiers destroy the enemy.
Stop thinking soldiers are aid workers or cops! We're the hammer not the scalpel! If you dont like our methods, get better politicians because I'm only deployed when politicians FAIL!

Do soldiers really provide a way when politics has failed? I doubt it. I personally think that soldiers are tools, gears of weapon industry to make huge profits. You have to go to war and pull the trigger and kill people you never had chance to know. Your enemies, they had lives and homes and children just like you, and they've came to war just because it was an order and they had to obey. A soldier is a minor piece, like soldiers on a chessboard, it is not a way for solving things. It obeys its king, just and only.

You truly have no concept of what soldiers are or what their job is. soldiers are volunteers and as such follow the orders they find ethical, hence all the ethics classes we have to take. Maybe you should talk to a few first before you try passing judgment over them as robots and pawns. Do you think i sound like a pawn?

some of my kin are soldiers, mind you. and you didn't get what I meant. I never said you don't have emotions or you're a robot. (that may be because my mother tongue is not English and I have problems translating what I think to what I write.)

This is truly the tragedy of war. sending people who have emotions, families, homes, to war and make them kill some same person or be killed that only brings more war and hatred, it won't fix anything.

about the ethics classes, I know about them. they make people believe they're losing sth important if they don't go to Syria or Vietnam or some place else and kill for their nation. the fact is, it is the 1% of world's population who really loses sth if soldiers were not going to war to fight for their profits. If this wasn't about mind control, why should (for example) someone in Pakistan and someone in America be sworn enemies while they haven't seen and known each other? what wrong have thousands of innocent people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki had done to the people of America? why would some soldier feel it is good and godly and ethical to kill innocent women and children? does it really makes world a better place? I think, no, it won't. people are living their lives without any problem, if the governments would leave them alone.

You're surly aware about the war industry. millions and millions of dollars are spent on making guns and bombs, and when you make sth, you got to sell it or use it, and that makes war. this money could be spent some where else, like some where in Africa for greater good, for feeding people, for educating them. No one thinks of such things. some people go there as "volunteers" and help that poor people (people who are poor mostly because of colonialism and wars in earlier centuries). this is the real war that has to be fought and few are fighting for it, not the wars in Syria and Yemen and etc. Terrorists, why do you think they exist? they believe it is godly to kill people. They think they'll go to heaven if they kill enough "pagans". We could get rid of them, if someone was brave enough to give them proper education, not supply them with guns and bombs.

all I said was because I felt (and maybe I'm wrong. if I'm wrong tell me, I'll listen and accept) that you think war is a solution for us. I think it isn't. it is some long decades people are living on earth and they killed each other for so long and that didn't change a thing. maybe we have to find some new solution. "if more of us valued home over gold, this world would be a merrier place."

P.S. if I offended you in any case, I'm sorry. I didn't meant to.

Look, I think you are a good and genuine person with a good heart and genuinely believe that you can solve the world's problems without violence. However it historically comes down to me and my ilk to resolve those problems. I am neither a good hearted person nor a pacifist. I believe that i can resolve a good many problems in conflict ridden areas with force. That means killing an irredeemable enemy. If you say that those people are going to threaten my family or my nation i will kill them and destroy their means of threat. If you leave it up to me then that means your method has failed and its time for me to do what im good at. thats blowing shit up and killing thugs. this means the politicians need to move out of my way and let me do the job i'm really good at.

My solution is more " the enemy better love their children more than they hate me. because i can destroy that family" if not provoked i don't want to leave my home. if you dont make me leave that home ill never come and blow up your house.

I'm wondering why don't politicians use soldiers to defend their countries, without attacking anyone. Thus, we'd still have soldiers but at least nobody would attack nobody's country.

But someone wants more and more, so he attacks first and let the conflicts begin.

There always seems to be some clown threatening others somewhere though. It's better to fight on their turf and destroy their shit rather than fight at home.

Nice graphic imagery! Kinda reminds me of an album cover I once saw. The motif reminds me of line from the first Marshall Law graphic novel "I don't like being a bastard, but I'm left with no choice."

I was going for that "night vision" kind of look. Love the Marshall Law quote!

Exactly. Rush Limbaugh has quoted, "The purpose of our military is to break things and kill people. To make the other side apologize for attacking us."
