In my opinion, both Chara and Sans hadn't tell all of the truth——they only tell Frisk the part that beneficial to theirselves.

I don't think Chara of all people has the right to call Sans selfish here. While it is true that Sans drugging Frisk was an extremely questionable act...Chara straight - up tried to kidnap her and force her into loving him. He didn't respect her wishes any more than Sans did. He forced Frisk out of her own body at the very start of this comic and repeatedly kept shoving the fact that she was never coming back in Sans' face. And when Frisk did come back, Chara still refused to give her back her body, acting as if it was his now. When he found out that she was in love with Sans he didn't respect her decision, but instead tried to pressure her into taking him for a partner instead. And last but not least, he threatened to KILL THEM BOTH by jumping of a bridge, so Frisk would reset! Sans may not be as justified in his actions as he thinks he is, but Chara isn't getting out of this scot-free either.
The way Chara is trying to shift all the blame on Sans here is really despicable. Instead of admitting that what he did (or tried to do anyway) was horrible and manipulative he'd rather try to make Sans the over-all bad guy. Just so he can have Frisk to himself. Yeah, Frisk, if you're half as smart as I think you are, you'll definitely know which one of these two really only "wants to ensure that everything will serve his own desires".

Well. Actually, it's more like Chara is trapped in Frisk's body rather than refuse to give it back, and everything Chara has done in previous parts is intentional.
Frisk trusts both Sans and Chara but they don't trust one another. So this is what is happening now.

I wonder if the fact that most of Sans' eye is blue and only a little bit is yellow means something.
Like, you know how light blue means patience and yellow means justice?
Or I'm just so overwhelmed by how much Chara's reasoning makes sense and whether I should believe Chara or keep Frans from sinking at all costs (S-STAHP)

Pot calling a kettle black. Poor Frisk, everybody is trying to manipulate her. All she can do is to be her own woman and kick them both to the curb (which could prove hard in Chara's case), sort out her feelings and decide who she ultimately wants to be with. This story is getting complicated, because it's still unclear what exactly Chara's goals are.

...damn. I really wanna argue against this, but it is unfortunately hard to disprove that Sans is being selfish in his actions to protect frisk. though it is arguably due to the possessive nature of his affection towards her, there is plenty of evidence to suggest from earlier pages that this is due to both his rivalry and aggression against Chara. I guess this is the trump card Chara is playing. Not that Sans doesn't want Frisk, but that he cannot accept her for who she is and must thus protect her from herself. I mean, c'mon, drugging her and trying to separate Chara from her mind is indicative enough of attempting to force a change to better suit his interests. Even without the other emotional baggage this should be enough to convince anyone that he views Frisk as a mentally ill person who must be suppressed by force if necessary for the good of themselves and others (using what proved to be almost lethal drugs on them with professed risks at that) . Ultimately, I guess it is up to Frisk as to whether or not she can accept this conflict of desires let alone resolve them?

Hooray! The sequel came out finally! ... At the beginning when I started reading this comic book I was on the side of Sansa and now Sans with each chapter is losing the "glasses of friendship" ... I thought it was strange that Toriel so calmly reacted when she found out that Snas gave the drug and injected it into something like a coma ... She is either a very bad mother or does not like Charu at all. Thank you for updating you the best! I love your AU! With impatience I will wait for your continuation!

their both the same at some point... Sans here wants to stop chara from 'taking over frisk body' because he believed that chara would want frisk for himself and not share or in short. he wants to take all of frisk attention or love. That's sans POV (i think)
And then here we have, chara, who thinks that sans wants to be the 'hero' of frisk and make her fall differ in love with and make frisk all for himself and have her trust and love. which means that chara thought that sans wants all of frisk love.
In short they both thought of the same theory, in a way.
And what I think is that... their just jealous. Sans went a bit yandere when frisk said that chara was taking good care of her and shiz. and chara went berserk after learning that sans and frisk are dating and started to get 'in control' of frisk's body.

I don't want to believe in neither of them at all. Since... I don't want my brain to explode and some reasons are...
I don't believe chara's theory cuz it made sense and I don't believe in sans theory cuz it also made sense. They both made sense so. nope. Don't wanna believe in everything they thought nor said. cuz i wanna live a happy life without troubles
