So going by what I understand is considered a unspoken ruling in this fandom, its a glowing horns for unicorns,
a wing boners for pegasus, and not really any external signs for a earth pony.

I consider them to be also the indicators of excitement (in nonsexual ways). What I also thought up was the sudden lifting of tail. :3 Though I can hardly explain that with mere excitement.

I have been following you Hearthstrings series since its beginning, but this is my first time commenting. Just wanted to say, I really love how you're handling the story and interactions between these two. I'm somewhat of an avid fanfiction reader, and honestly, this is the first time I've seen this ship done justice. For as popular as it is, good Lyra X Bon Bon stories seem to be a real rarity.
So, thank you. It's a real treat to read you comic.
