Why, because that's what the script says! Plus, some ponies need to get their daily sugar dose, and the Cakes are closed too right now.
Also fun fact: The 9th panel came out rather creepy on the first try (a stare that would legitimately make anypony turn around and leave the shop without a sound), so I had to remake it. Damn it Bons, I know you want to be alone with Lyra but that's going too far!

And Lyra, for reference, when Bons said catastrophes are "a bit" less common than sing-alongs around here, she meant exactly that. There are certain risks inherent in building a town on the edge of the Everfree.
Well, right now, at least. Give it a year (precisely), and the Tree of Harmony will be restored to a level of power not seen since Discord's reign. Then the Everfree's going to get a lot more sedate.

And will Tootsie Flute, Dinky + Berry Pinch be friends, and also, Applecore, who appears in the race with Berry Punch, will those two be appearing, or is it clones? Because I've seen NOi in the background recently, when Lyra is playing music in Bon Bon's store, and if them two (Applecore + Noi) appear, will they too, be friendds

I've been thinking on making her Berry's little sister, I haven't worked that detail out yet. Don't have much role for her either yet, apart from possibly appearing in the background.

Cool, I just have one more question, will the new official name of Fiddlesticks effect the name of the character? And others (if possible) plus, ill Raindrops be appearing (just thought of that since Derpy is appearing and they appear in many images and the scene in Season 1 episode 15), and also, could there be an Equestria Girls thing, and, will this comic cover every episode, I just keep thinking that, anyway, I really hope Twinkleshine's secret comes soon, it's being hurting e, anyway, I'm more interested in how Tootsie Flute and Bon Bon will explain to Lyra about ose "referenced colts" say about Bon Bon in the comic.

I often use both the fanon and canon names to call a pony, one of them is the birth name while the other is a nickname. (Like with Minuette/Colgate.)

Yes and no. The comic won't go to the paralel universe of Equestria Girls, but Lyra apparently is from another paralel universe. One that's closer to our real world, though not necessarily exactly our world.
will this comic cover every episode
Some will be skipped, e.g. our heroines won't follow Twilight and co. to Appleloosa, they will be out on their own adventure.

It will be on a bonus page somewhere after the end of chapter 5, and it will be resolved in the main comic after about two dozens of chapters or so. At least according to my current plans.
