Sleeping off yesterday's celebration, then dealing with guild business. Being the leader can be very bothersome.
What's going to happen to Vinyl?
She'll continue to court Tavi with her genius tactics that she read in a magazine called Fratcolt's Guide to Capture a Mare's Heart.
Where's the Musician's Guild drama?
Sorry, but I don't plan any more drama in the guild atm. We'll see about the future though. Of course there will be plenty of drama featuring Tavi, but they will not be strictly guild-related.
Are Symphony and her new girlfriend going to kiss?
You mean Beauty Bass. Symphony is the serious-looking one. BB and Fiddles may or may not have kissed already off-camera. :3 Unfortunately Fiddles went home the next afternoon, so we won't see much of her for a while.

So this is the day after Nightmare Moon (in all her nude glory) is defeated, meaning Tootsie did this face long before Rainbow Dash? I can see Dash ripping it off. I can live without Guild drama. I still look forward to Octy flirting (and getting somewhere) with Lyra. Beauty Bass is a great Secondary Character.
