Splatoon 2 look so good, I absolutely can't wait for it to come out!

Marie look very mysterious in the trailer too, I could have voted for her for the final Splatfest.

I can agree, hopefully the single-campaign story mode will be longer and interesting (plus fun-ness).

Man, we have to wait until summer too. >.<
I voted for Marie in Splatfest. You voted for Callie instead? I like both of them, but Marie seems a lot more interesting to me, especially after that shot of her in the Splatoon 2 trailer. (She's wearing traditional, Japanese funeral clothing, apparently.)
I'm a huge plot-person. Whenever a video game has a good plot/story, I'll like it even more than the gameplay.

Waiting for summer is so long...but at least we'll get to do the Testifire Demo (except I may not get the Switch at that time, wah). XD

Yeah, I voted for Callie. I like her hyper and happy personality which is why I chose her. But it's still a hard choice since Marie is pretty cool too.

Huh, she wears a funeral clothing!? Ooh, that's some foreshadowing. I wonder who died. Cap'n Cuttlefish? :>
lol It would be mind-blowing if Splatoon actually have some good plot story. Hopefully. ^^

Sadly, I am not able to get the Switch anytime soon. I had plans to save up money for it, but my life had other "plans" in mind for me. I certainly wish to at least play the demo.

I prefer coolness over hyper-activeness, though they are both great traits. I can only imagine Agents 1 and 2 going on missions as partners, with Marie being the one to think of the plans ahead of time, or both Callie and Marie being equally as useful. They make a great pair.

Yeah, apparently. I barely noticed that too. It was for a split second. My speculations are:
a. Cap'n Cuttlefish is dead/presumed dead.
b. Callie is missing and/or presumed dead.
c. Marie became a villain some time after winning the final Splatfest, getting rid of Callie, or something. (This is a theory a friend of mine came up with.)

(That's good to know. I don't like to give off the impression that I'm ignoring anyone, because I really am not. I'm just busy, is all.)

Aw that's too bad, I hope you'll get the chance to play with the new Splatoon 2 someday. Are you like going to get them next year?

Haha, definitely. I hope we get to see them in flesh, like even see them battle in the new story mode. ^_^
Hopefully character development too to give us more reason why we should love the Squid Sisters more.

Hm, we know Cap'n Cuttlefish is pretty old and lives in a very poor life by himself...so the (a) option seems to be the best option. But LOL, I wouldn't mind the (c) option either. People are gonna be like..."omg we just kill Callie!" XD

(You can take as much time as you need if you want to reply, you can even ignore me if it's easier. I don't want to pressure you, being here is to have fun and relax.)

I hope so as well. Actually, my brother and I wait until the craze dies down, therefore the prices would die down. We did the same thing with the Wii U.

I hope to see cutscenes of some sort, as we did not really have any in the first game.
Character development would be a huge breath of fresh air. In order for me to like a character as much as the game wants me to, I need to feel for said character, or it just wouldn't work out. Maybe a little backstory that isn't just in the Sunken Scrolls?

Yeah, option (c) had me rolling in laughter the first time I heard it. But it's so ludicrous it might actually work. Of course, option (a) would be the best, most logical choice here.

(I hate not replying to everyone's comments. But sometimes I just cannot reply to everything. I want to reply, but it's difficult. And no, I will not ignore you. That would be needlessly rude of me.)

Absolutely, I hope Nintendo will spend more time on the story-mode. But who knows, Splatoon is not a very deep-game and it's story are very basic and simple. And it's meant for players to learn the basic control of the game. But Marie wearing a funeral clothing seem such an interesting idea, I hope Splatoon 2 will prove me otherwise. :>

Haha, so many theories about Callie's disappearance all because she doesn't appear in the trailer. XD I hope Cap'n Cuttlefish at least ate his last crabby cake before he die. lol

(Replying to everyone's comment is hard work indeed. If you can not reply to everyone, you can simply Yeah their comments to let them know that you got their message. ^^ Aw thank you, but I don't mind either way. We got it for less than $160. And we bought it about a year or two ago.

Nintendo always seems to surprise us. Maybe they'll do something amazing with it, but the heart of the game is still its gameplay, above all.

I'm sure the Cap'n had his crabby cakes as a last meal, or something. 
(Heh, but that's only on Miiverse. Deviantart doesn't have a "Yeah" system for the comments and replies. Don't worry. I tend to type quite frequently and excessively myself.)
